Originally from Salem, Oregon, Beri Smither was discovered at the Elle magazine studios in Paris by Carine Roitfeld. Her American launch was supported by fashion icons: Kevyn Aucoin, Linda Wells, Polly Mellon, Steven Klein, Donna Karan, & Peter Lindbergh.
Beri’s collaborative editorial partnerships with top industry photographers: Patrick Demarchelier, Steven Meisel, Michael Thompson, Bruce Weber, Arthur Elgort, Albert Watson, Max Vadukul, Steven Sebring, Pamela Hanson, Robert Erdmann and Herb Ritts have resulted in some of the most recognizable images in the modeling world.
